Progress and Weeds

Since I haven't updated in a few days here are some pics from my garden :) I now have a trellis type thing my sister gave me to hold up Jetstar when he gets a little bigger and some wire thing around the grape tomatoes. I've grown a little pea which I am so proud of too!




Now lets talk about weeds, not in my garden though. That hasn't been an issue yet! I was reading up on an herb called mugwort and saw that it grows wildly around here. I also read that mostly it is considered a weed since it can really take over. So what makes a weed a weed and not a plant?

    I've been "identifying" the "weeds" around my new home the past couple months as well. The first pic above looks like Motherwort, the second is White Clover. Do you know the third? I'm not sure if these are little trees sprouting (here in my yard I mean) that look like that or something else.

    Each time I find/identify a new "weed" I do look up Magical and Healing properties (if any). Very interesting hobby I have but I'm sure my neighbors must be laughing as they see me "studying" these weedy things every couple days, LOL.
